Banking of registered associations

This is how you can open an account for an association, add users to the account and manage your association’s regular banking transactions.

Who is entitled to manage the association’s banking transactions?

An authorised signatory for the association may open a bank account for the association. The signatory may also add access rights to the association’s account or remove them. Once the account has been opened, all those authorised to access the account may use it.

The instructions we have compiled on this page apply to registered associations. A registered association means an association registered in the Finnish Register of Associations maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. The registered association has a business ID.
