If your company uses our digital services, you can download a wide range of accounting records for financial statements from the op.fi service.Documents you can download for yourself at op.fi
You can download many of the documents required for the company’s financial statements at no additional charge by logging in to the op.fi service, provided that you the required access rights. These include account balance statements, loan balance confirmations and bank statements.

List of pledges
The list of pledges specifies the collateral used for bank loans. The list includes collateral provided by both the company and by the business owner personally.

The online bank statement is numbered and eligible for use in accounting.

By using OP Accounting Records Service, you get your organisation’s accounting records from the entire OP Financial Group with just one order.
Company representatives can order records, or authorise another organisation such as an accounting firm to act on their behalf. You can use any bank’s identifiers to log in to the service.

Are you a customer of OP Corporate Bank?
If your company is a customer of OP Corporate Bank, you can order and download balance confirmations via the Audit Reports Service.
You can review your company’s agreements and order or print out balance confirmations via the Audit Reports Service. Order individual balance confirmations, or place a standing order to receive balance confirmations automatically by post or email on a monthly basis, for example.
To find balance confirmations, log into the op.fi service and go to Customer profile - Document orders from OP Corporate Bank.

Investment reports are delivered automatically
Investment reports are generated automatically in the service. We will deliver them to you via the op.fi service or by post at the beginning of the year.
In January, OP Life Assurance Company automatically sends corporate customers a summary of pension insurance premiums paid. It also sends account statements of endowment and unit-linked insurance policies and of capital redemption and investment contracts concluded by the customer company. These summaries and account statements will be sent to the postal address provided by the policyholder to OP Life Assurance Company.
