What’s new related to the coronavirus and the use of our services

The health of our customers and employees is a key priority for us. We recommend that you use our digital services. You can access our banking and insurance services quickly and easily on OP-mobile and at op.fi 24/7.

Our bank branches’ teller services have many customer contacts. Using our services must be as safe as possible, especially for people in risk groups. This is why it’s important that all customers who can use OP-mobile, the op.fi service (in Finnish for private customers) or a payment card do use them and avoid visiting our branches.

Does your matter require visiting a branch?

We recommend booking appointments primarily for phone or online meetings. However, if your matter requires visiting a branch office, please follow the health authorities’ recommendations:

  • Wear a face mask.
  • Remember to keep the 2-metre safety distance.
  • Greet without shaking hands.
