Customer survey for personal customers is open

We’re conducting a customer satisfaction survey among our personal customers. In the survey, we’re gathering our banking customers’ experiences of using our services.

The survey will be conducted among our randomly selected personal customers by email in December 2022.

To take the survey, you don’t need to log in or give your payment card details. OP Financial Group never sends SMSes or email messages that ask you to click a link and log in with your OP’s user ID.

Why are we conducting a customer survey?

With the customer survey, we want to find out how our customers have experienced our services and using them. The responses will help us to develop our operations further and to better respond to our customers’ needs.

Who is carrying out the survey?

The survey is being carried out by Feelback Oy for OP Financial Group. The data collected in the survey will not be disclosed to Feelback Oy for its own purposes.
