Minimum investment amounts of residential property and forest funds have been abandoned

You can now start investing in residential property and forest funds with a lower amount, for example 10 or 1,000 euros. The minimum amount of 5,000 euros previously required for investing in OP’s domestic residential property, real property and forest funds is gone.

Through the funds, you can easily invest in residential property, real property and forest without any large amount of money. Real property and forest holdings offer steady returns based on rental and forest income and are therefore less vulnerable to market movements.
 
This abandonment of the minimums enables a larger number of investors to invest in domestic mutual funds. Read more about mutual funds:
