The chat service for private customers is available as usual, until 19 o’clock. OP Deactivation Service for card deactivation is available 24/7 as usual, at 0100 0555.
Insurance services

- Telephone services for saving through insurance: 010 253 6100, 010 253 6101, 010 253 6106 and 010 253 6124
The change in opening hours does not apply to emergency telephone numbers that are available 24/7, nor to the Health Advisor service.
