Changes in corporate customer’s service charges and terms and conditions as of 1 June 2022

However, the majority of our charges and fees will remain unchanged.

We will inform our corporate customers of the new charges and fees and other changes during March–April, either by message on OP-mobile and the op.fi service or by letter. 

If your company uses our digital services, you can view our Charges and Fees on the op.fi service and on OP-mobile.  

When you log into the op.fi service, you’ll find the list of charges and fees at the bottom of the page. On OP-mobile, you can see the list of charges and fees in Customer Profile. Our charges and fees are also available from our branches.

Why are we changing our service charges and terms? 

We are continuously developing and improving our services, which causes us costs. Meanwhile, interest rates have remained very low. This is why we need to revise our prices from time to time so that they correspond to our costs.  

However, we allocate the costs of our services to the customers using those services. Service charges based on our list of charges and fees are automatically debited from the account every month and most fees when using the service.
