The change does not require any action on the part of our customers.
The new name has replaced the old one in documents such as messages related to payment cards, credit decisions and credit card bills.
The name change will not affect the payment of bills – you can pay the bills as usual
The new name, OP Retail Customers Plc, is shown as the payee in, for example, credit card bills as of 1 June. However, this does not require any action on your part: the bank account details will remain unchanged despite the name change.
