Exceptions in customer service opening hours over Easter

The exceptions below apply to Telephone Service for Personal Customers at 0100 0500, Telephone Service for Corporate Customers at 0100 05151, Pohjola Insurance Telephone Service at 0303 0303 and the chat customer service at op.fi (in Finnish).

On Maundy Thursday 1 April, our customer service by telephone and chat will close already at 13.00. These services will remain closed over Easter and will be open again on Tuesday, 6 April.

Note that op.fi, OP-mobile, OP Business mobile and Pohjola Claim Help are available 24/7/365.

Deactivation Service will be open as usual

The Deactivation Service is open 24/7/356 at +358 100 0555. Call the number anytime to deactivate a debit or credit card or a user ID for OP’s digital services.
