Return to normal opening hours for telephone services

We are returning to our normal opening hours for several telephone services as of 1 September. After the exceptional opening hours in the spring, we will provide service again in the evenings, too.

Banking services for private customers at 0100 0500 are available as follows as of 1 September:

  • Cards Mon–Fri 8.00–19.00 
  • Other private customers’ banking services Mon–Fri 8.00–17.

OP card deactivation service is available 24/7 at 0100 0555. Wealth management telephone service and corporate customers telephone service are open Mon–Fri 8.00–16.00 after 1 September 2020 as well.

Insurance telephone services are open as follows as of 1 September:

  • Private customers telephone service is available Mon–Fri 8.00–19.00
  • Corporate customers telephone service is available Mon–Fri 9.00–16.00
  • Statutory insurance service number 0100 5335 serves private customers Mon–Fri 8.00–19.00 and corporate customers 8.00–18.00
  • Claims 0303 0303 Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00
  • Insurance online buyer support is available at 010 253 6139 Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00
  • Saving through insurance telephone service (OP Life Assurance) is available at 010 253 6100 Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00.

Emergency numbers are available 24/7 and Health Advisor service is available 7.00–23.00.
