New rules of OP-Emerging Markets Equity Fund will apply as of 30 July 2021
OP-Emerging Markets Equity Fund rules currently in force enable its gradual transfer from a fund-of-funds structure into a fund that makes direct investments.
Since the Fund’s investments are already mainly based on direct investments, its extensive opportunity to invest in other funds will be removed through a change in rules. After the change in rules, the Fund may invest a maximum of 10% of its assets in the units of mutual funds, UCITS or alternative investment funds.
The new rules will not require action on the part of the unitholders.
