New banking phone line for people in need of special support and those helping them

Our phone number 010 252 9627 is now there for you to help those in need of special support and their close friends and relatives on weekdays from 9 am until 4 pm. We want to ensure that those in need of special support can do their banking transactions easily in the prevailing exceptional situation too.

Those in need of special support include people aged over 70 years, people with intellectual disabilities and people under legal guardianship who are not users of OP eServices or have no payment card. Close friends and relatives too can for those in need of special support call the telephone line opened in this exceptional situation. Through this number, we will provide guidance on daily payment issues. The line is open for the time being. The service is available in Finnish.

The call charge of number 010 252 9627 from land-line phones and Finnish mobile subscriptions €0.0835 per call + €0.167 per minute (VAT included).

The service number for private customers will serve all customers as usual.

Some of our branches are offering service hours to our customers who need special support

For some of our customers, it is necessary to visit a branch to use services. Some of our banks’ branches are now offering service hours to our customers who need special support.

Please note that the specific service hours for those in need of special support will be provided on a bank-specific basis. For example, OP Helsinki, OP Länsi-Suomi and OP Etelä-Karjala, OP Luumäki provide such service hours. Follow your own bank’s communication to get more information on the service hours.
