Some of our branches are offering service hours to our customers who need special support
For some of our customers, it is necessary to visit a branch to use services. Some of our banks’ branches are now offering service hours to our customers who need special support.
Please note that the specific service hours for those in need of special support will be provided on a bank-specific basis. For example, OP Helsinki, OP Länsi-Suomi and OP Etelä-Karjala, OP Luumäki provide such service hours. Follow your own bank’s communication to get more information on the service hours.
Restrictions on the number of customers in branches providing teller services
Our branches providing teller services have to restrict the number of customers in their waiting rooms to 10 persons. This is how we can reduce the risk of infection. Please note that it is particularly important that all our customers who can use our self-service channels, such as OP-mobile, op.fi (in Finnish for private customers) or payment card – do use them and avoid visiting our branches.
