Restrictions on the number of customers in branches providing teller services

Our branches providing teller services have to restrict the number of customers in their waiting rooms to 10 persons. This is how we can reduce the risk of infection.  Please note that it is particularly important that all our customers who can use our self-service channels, such as OP-mobile, op.fi (in Finnish for private customers) or payment card – do use them and avoid visiting our branches.
