Thanks to the notice of disruption, our corporate customers will be informed of possible delays or disruptions on payment services. You will get information about the disruption to your email, for example in the following situations:
- A disruption in the Web Services channel is preventing payment transfers.
- There is a delay or disruption in the processing of outgoing payments.
- Incoming payments to accounts are late.
- There is a delay or disruption in the processing of account reporting material, such as bank statements and reference lists.
The service notice on payment transactions is available for everyone at op.fi. You do not need eServices user IDs to read it. Anyone can order the notice of disruption sent by email.
During a payment services disruption, we communicate in Finnish, Swedish and English.
When you order the email, you will not have to contact the bank’s customer service in case of a payment services disruption to find out why payments have not been transferred.
