The Customer info will open on OP-mobile and the op.fi service on 4 September 2024. Through the update, we aim to improve the smoothness of customer service in our digital channels and help our customers take advantage of the benefits available to them.
Important information can be found in one place
You can find the Customer info in the bottom-right corner of OP-mobile when you log in. The section provides you with a clear overall picture of your customer relationship and the related benefits.
It shows you if you are an owner-customer, Owner Plus customer or an insurance prime customer. Moreover, you can view and update your personal details and edit OP-mobile setting. Through the Customer info, you can also contact our Customer Service via chat or message.
On the op.fi service, the Customer info can be found in the menu at the top of the page once you have logged in. Through the menu, you can view the same customer details and benefits as on OP-mobile. In addition, you can manage matters related to your user ID, order or change a key code list or change the password linked to your username. Messages, online meetings, Electronic Signature Service and customer service pages are included in the menu.
A separate Customer info page will also be added later to the op.fi service.
