And did you know that the mobile identification method, Mobile key, also works in online public services and the op.fi service? These features are available on our OP-mobile app. Start using these and OP-mobile’s other handy features and make your money management easier!

If you don’t yet have OP-mobile, download it free of charge from your smartphone’s app store. On OP-mobile, you can handle your banking and insurance matters, like payments and loan repayments, cards, loss reports and much more – whenever or wherever you are.

Prefer meetings held by phone or online via Teams

If you need an appointment with us, please book a phone or online meeting. However, if your matter requires visiting a bank branch or if using our digital services isn’t possible for you, we’ll be happy to meet you in person. When coming to a branch, please remember good hand hygiene, wearing a face mask, keeping a safety distance and other recommendations by the health authorities.
