Link Service for businesses to be retired on 30 April 2021

In the future, your company’s employees can report claims using the new direct links in the Claims Service.

The Link Service for insurance claims will be retired on 30 April 2021. Ensure that all incomplete loss reports have been approved in the service before this date. You can find incomplete claims under Drafts.

Why a new service?

The Act on the Provision of Digital Services requires us to provide digital services that meet the accessibility requirements.  Accessible services improve, among other things, equality and the ease of use of our digital services. We have also taken the opportunity to update old technologies and solutions as well as ensure that our services continue to be secure for users. Sending reports using the Claims Service will require strong identification with online banking identifiers.
