Broad collaboration with educational institutions
We value collaboration with educational institutions and students and participate in several collaboration and recruitment events at universities and universities of applied sciences across Finland.
We engage in varied collaboration with educational institutions, including guest lectures, cooperation with student organisations and diverse course and project work. Collaboration enables us to promote young people's education and employment, which benefits society as a whole. In addition, OP cooperative banks collaborate with local educational institutions and handle partnerships in their area.
Theses
We receive numerous inquiries about opportunities to complete bachelor's, master's and other theses at OP Pohjola. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide new thesis opportunities in the central cooperative. If new needs arise, they will be publicly announced on our Open positions page.
