How satisfied are you with our services? Take OP’s survey

We’re conducting a customer survey for our banking customers in December 2023.
With the survey, we want to find out how satisfied our customers are with our services and owner-customer benefits. By responding and providing feedback, you can influence the development of our services.

We have selected a random sample of our personal customers for the survey, which is being conducted by Feelback Oy for OP Financial Group. Feelback Oy will send personal emails to collect the responses.

To take the survey, you don’t need to log in or give your payment card details. OP Financial Group never sends you links to any websites that ask you to log in with your OP’s user ID or give your card details.

OP has commissioned Feelback Oy to carry out customer surveys and research. Feelback acts as a data processor on the account of the OP Financial Group companies and has signed an agreement on the processing of personal data on their behalf. Only the transfer of data takes place between the data controller and the data processor. No personal data will be disclosed to Feelback Oy for its own purposes.
