The main entrance is on Mikonkatu. The branch has a wheelchair accessible entrance from the Kaisaniemenkatu side. There are some steps in the building causing floor level differences. If you require wheelchair access, please let us know when you book your appointment. There are no designated customer parking spaces near the branch for those arriving by car.
The Mikonkatu branch will be open until 31 July.
From 3 August, we will be providing cashier and financial advice services at our new branch at Senaatintori, located at Unioninkatu 32, Helsinki.
From 3 August, we will be serving customers with an appointment in Helsinki at both our Senaatintori branch, located at Aleksanterinkatu 30–34, and our Arkadia branch, located at Arkadiankatu 23. We will confirm the address when you make your appointment.
