OP Uusimaa Rules of the Uudenmaan Osuuspankki prize draw for voters
We are hosting a prize draw for voting owner-customers in connection with the 2025 Representative Assembly election for Uudenmaan Osuuspankki.
Organiser of the draw
The prize draw is organised b yUudenmaan Osuuspankki (later "the Bank"), business ID 0871339-8, address Arkadiankatu 23, 00100 Helsinki, email uusimaa.vaalit@op.fi, phone 010 255 9840.
When can I participate in the draw?
Participation in the prize draw is possible while voting is open in the Representative Assembly election, from 3 November 2025 at 8.00 to 13 November 2025 at 16.00.
Who can participate in the draw?
All owner-customers who vote in the Representative Assembly election can participate in the prize draw, with the exception of persons who are employees or governing body members of the Bank or a company belonging to the same group of companies as the Bank.
Each owner-customer can participate in the prize draw only once.
The Bank is not liable for telecommunications outages, mail delivery disruptions or similar problems that may result in the notice of participation not being received in time.
Notice of participation and instructions
Electronic participation
Owner-customers who vote in the Representative Assembly election in the online voting service can participate in the prize draw using the electronic participation form on the Bank's webpage on op.fi.
In the electronic participation form, the owner-customer
- announces that they wish to participate in the draw
- consents that their personal data may be processed and stored for the purposes of the draw
- confirms that they have read and accept the rules of the prize draw and commit to following the rules and any decisions made on their basis by the Bank.
Participation by post
Owner-customers who vote by post will receive the rules of the prize draw and a return envelope along with other voting materials mailed to their home. By returning the envelope, the owner-customer
- announces that they wish to participate in the draw
- consents that their personal data may be processed and stored for the purposes of the draw
- confirms that they have read and accept the rules of the prize draw and commit to following the rules and any decisions made on their basis by the Bank.
Owner-customers may not add any information or change the contents of the return envelope.
The return envelope for participating in the prize draw must be mailed separately from the ballot by 13 November 2025 at 16.00 at the latest. The postage fee for the return envelope is pre-paid, and the recipient is Edita Prima Oy.
Return envelopes sent in a manner contrary to the instructions or with changed content will be ineligible for participation in the prize draw.
Cancelling your participation
Owner-customers may cancel their notice of participation and withdraw their consent to the processing and storage of personal data by submitting written notice of cancellation to the Bank to the email or postal address listed in these rules.
Cancelling participation does not affect actions related to the prize draw and personal data processing taken before written notice of cancellation is received from the owner-customer.
Conducting the draw and prizes
The draw will be conducted by the service provider of the Representative Assembly election, Edita Prima Oy, before the announcement of the election results on 5 December 2025.
The prizes consist of fund units. The value of a single prize is €1,000. A total of 20 prizes will be drawn. The prizes cannot be received in cash or exchanged for other goods or services.
The Bank will contact the winners using the contact details in the Bank's owner-customer database to announce the prizes.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with the Bank's instructions within three weeks of the winner being notified of the prize.
When redeeming the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity.
The Bank is liable for lottery tax levied on the prizes.
Bank's liability
The Bank is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the prize or its use.
The Bank is not liable to reimburse the prize or grant a compensatory prize or refund if the winner is unable to use the prize for any reason, including force majeure or medical reasons.
The Bank is not liable for technical issues or other obstacles preventing entry in the draw or the acceptance of the prize, or for identified cases of misuse.
Changes
The Bank reserves the right to make changes to these rules and the conduct and prizes of the draw.
All changes will be announced on the Bank's webpage on op.fi.
Personal data processing and communications
The names and other personal details of winners will not be published without their consent.

The prize draw for voters is not in any way related to or sponsored, recommended, or managed by Facebook or Instagram. The participant relieves Facebook and Instagram of all liability regarding the prize draw.
