OP Uusimaa Customer Service, Quality and Development

What we do

The Customer Service, Quality and Development function is comprised of multi-skilled teams responsible for daily banking services, financing and asset and wealth management for our personal and corporate customers by phone, chat and online message. Customer Service is also responsible for solving more demanding investigative tasks. Our goal is to solve the customer's matter with the highest possible quality, in a customer-focused and efficient way. 

Our function includes the Quality unit, which helps the bank implement the first line of defence in risk management and succeed in ensuring regulatory compliance and a high quality of operations. The Quality unit serves as a partner to business functions in day-to-day matters and is responsible for quality reporting for the bank's first line of defence. In the Quality unit, we also solve demanding tasks related to the fight against financial crime. 

The Service Production and Development unit provides reporting, analytics, resource planning and process development to support service management and decision-making across the entire bank. In addition, the unit is responsible for coordinating the development of operations and customer experience. The unit is a partner to business functions in both day-to-day matters and future planning, ensuring the bank's competitiveness and the development of internal productivity.
