In OP Uusimaa's Personal Customers function, we support customers' finances and coach our customers in making better financial choices in all situations in life – from everyday banking to long-term wealth building. We interact with customers at branches, over the phone and in digital channels to offer seamless solutions for everyday finances, mortgages, consumer loans and saving and investment goals.
In Everyday Banking services, we help customers take care of everyday banking needs smoothly at our branches. Our Financing teams are responsible for negotiating home and consumer loans and evaluating customers' overall finances. We also take care of changes during the life cycles of loans with an excellent service attitude. Our Saving and Investment teams build long-term customer relationships, support our customers in building wealth and constantly identify new opportunities for growth.
Our work combines broad banking expertise, strong sales-oriented customer service and a deep understanding of our customers' different life situations. At Personal Customers, we work on goal-oriented and meaningful tasks in facilitating our customers' financial wellbeing and delivering a secure and personal service using the latest technologies.
