OP Uusimaa's trainee programme offers students in the later stages of their university studies and recent graduates the opportunity to start their careers in genuine, permanent specialist roles.

At OP Uusimaa, we want to offer exciting development and career opportunities for aspiring young financial professionals. With us, instead of a fixed-term traineeship, you will have a permanent position working on exciting and demanding specialist tasks.

The traineeship is the first step in your career at OP Uusimaa, during which you will have opportunities for learning, networking and growth with the support of experienced professionals. The goal of the programme is to help aspiring professionals build a solid base of expertise and a long-term career at OP Uusimaa.

All our trainees receive the same monthly salary during the traineeship period of 3200 euros a month. After the traineeship, the salary for each position is determined based on the requirements of the role and the employee's skills and experience. The trainee positions are located in the Uusimaa region. The positions will start in January and the traineeship lasts for 8 months, after which you will continue working in your role.

We are looking for curious, goal-oriented and ambitious future professionals who want to gain a deeper understanding of the financial sector and build a long-term career at OP Uusimaa while helping our customers succeed. We don't expect you to be a fully-fledged expert on your first day at work. Above all, we are looking for individuals with the drive to learn, develop and grow into future professionals.

Permanent position

Instead of watching from the sidelines, you get to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You'll be working as part of the business unit from day one and participate in achieving objectives in your area of responsibility together with experienced coworkers.
