Go electronic with your insurance-related mail
By utilising electronic insurance mail, you will avoid unnecessary insurance mail and will help save the environment. Your insurance documents will be automatically safely archived for a period of three years. There you can conveniently read and print your insurance mail.
You will be informed of new, incoming insurance documents either by email or text message. Insurance mail includes policy documents, customer bulletins, product guides, as well as insurance terms and conditions.

Switch from paper invoices to e-invoices
By activating e-invoicing, you will receive Pohjola Insurance’s insurance bills directly and conveniently in your personal online bank, instead of receiving them through the post. Order a free e-invoice from your bank’s web services. In this case, you will only require the reference number or the customer number from the most recent invoice.
After making the change, invoices will be sent directly to your online bank for approval. You can request a notification of incoming invoices to be sent either to your email or as a text message.

View and edit your insurance details on the op.fi service
You can inspect your own insurance policies and make changes to them when you log into the op.fi service using OP’s or another bank’s user identifiers.
The op.fi service also allows you to change your account number, update your contact information, inform your new address, and transfer your home insurance to your new home when you move.
