To report loss and claim compensation, log into the Claims Service with your online bank user identifiers.
If you have access rights to the company’s insurance policies in the online service, or you are claiming compensation from your personal insurance, please log into the op.fi service.

The Claims Service is intended for Pohjola Insurance corporate customers for reporting losses. The new Claims Service makes reporting losses and claiming compensation simpler and faster. The service can be used on mobile, tablet and computer, and is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
