Why is Nano Insurance discontinued?
We are discontinuing Nano Insurance policies as part of simplifying our range of products. With the change, we hope to better meet your and our other customers’ needs in the future.
Nano Travel Insurance policies were discontinued as of 31 December 2019. The last date of validity of your Nano Home Insurance depends on your insurance period: in other words, when you took out the insurance. We sent out notices of termination via the online service in spring 2019 and have, since then, also attempted to reach our customers by phone.
