Please read carefully our payment card terms and conditions before you start using your card.
Your card always with you – safely
Keep your card safe and ensure especially in public places that you still have your card. Keep your card's PIN secret: always enter your PIN so that no one else can see it.
If your card and/or PIN is lost, your card gets stuck in an ATM or you realise that someone has used the card illegally, report the event immediately to your card’s customer service.
You are responsible for keeping your card and PIN safe. Your card is personal and you may not lend it to any other person – not even to your family member. The bank, the police or the authorities will never ask you to give your card’s PIN.
Secure online purchases with your card
It is especially safe to pay online in shops that carry either the Visa Secure or the Verified by Visa symbol. When making the online payment, you will then enter your card’s number, expiry date and the three-digit security code on the back of your card.
The card’s expiry date is visible on the front of your card. On the front of your card you can also see the card number for credit use. The security code related to it is found on the card’s reverse side, on the right side of the signature panel. The debit card number is on the back of the card, and the related security code is right next to the debit card number.
