Call OP Deactivation Service, if

  • your card or PIN is lost or stolen
  • your Mobile key PIN for OP-mobile or your Pivo access code have fallen into the wrong hands
  • your OP user ID lost of stolen
  • you suspect malware on the device you have used to log into the OP website

In the case of theft or fraud, also contact your OP cooperative bank and the police.

Siirto payments

Disabling your Siirto payments is not always needed. No-one can make Siirto payments with your Pivo or OP-mobile app unless they can log into your app. Only disable your Siirto payments if your OP user ID, your Mobile key PIN for OP-mobile or your Pivo access code have fallen into the wrong hands.

Mobile key

The Mobile key PIN you have set is device specific. If your mobile device is stolen, disable the Mobile key on op.fi service.
