If your card or PIN is lost or stolen, immediately call OP Deactivation Service: 0100 0555 (24/7). From abroad, call: +358 100 0555. To request deactivation, you only need your personal ID code. In the case of theft or fraud, also contact your OP cooperative bank and the police.

OP User ID

If your OP user ID is

  • lost of stolen
  • or if you suspect malware on the device you have used to log into the OP website,

you need to deactivate your user ID right away! Call: 020 333 (24/7). From abroad, call: +358 20 333. In the case of theft or fraud, also contact your OP cooperative bank and the police.

Siirto payments

No-one can make Siirto payments with your Pivo or OP-mobile app unless they can log into your app. That’s why disabling your Siirto payments is not always needed. Only disable your Siirto payments if your OP user ID, your Mobile key PIN for OP-mobile or your Pivo access code have fallen into the wrong hands. To disable Siirto payments, call 020 333 (24/7).

Mobile key

The Mobile key PIN you have set is device specific. If your mobile device is stolen, disable the Mobile key. To do so, contact your OP cooperative bank or OP customer service at 0100 0555.
