You can handle your banking and insurance matters, e.g. your loan repayment plan, report loss and file claims, quickly and easily 24/7 on OP-mobile and at op.fi.

Faster transactions with user IDs

When you log into op.fi, you can ask help from our customer service also by chat or by sending an online message.

If you call our customer service, you need to identify yourself with your OP eServices user IDs. We can then help you with your personal banking or insurance matters. Orders accepted over the phone are subject to a charge based on our list of service charges and fees.

Through this number, we will provide guidance on daily payment issues for those in need of special support. Those include people aged over 70 years, people with intellectual disabilities and people under legal guardianship who are not users of OP eServices or have no payment card. Close friends and relatives too can for those in need of special support call the telephone line opened in this exceptional situation.
