Frequently asked questions

You should deactivate the lost device’s Mobile key. To do so, call our customer service, Deactivation Service, visit a bank branch or log into op.fi (in Finnish or Swedish for private customers).

Why does op.fi ask my username when I log in with Mobile key?

Based on your username, we send a confirmation request to your device where you enabled Mobile key.
