OP Uusimaa’s representatives will join us at the museum – drop by and say hi!
At the free admission day, you can see:
- I feel, for now is Amos Rex’s first collection exhibition on this scale. Exhibition’s more than 100 artworks from 76 artists take us through the art into emotions.
- Josefina Nelimarkka’s The Cloud of Un/knowing explores clouds and their essence as part of the Earth’s hydrological cycle. The exhibition consists of new works that change in an instant, materials that stimulate the senses, and atmospheric–data-driven technology.
- Kim Simonsson’s four green Moss Giants, who have laid down temporary roots in the Lasipalatsikortteli Square and on the terrace of Bio Rex. The Moss Giants are the artist’s sculptor largest works to date.
- Discover the lovely colourist collection of architect Sigurd Frosterus in Amos Rex’s permanent exhibition.
For the free admission day, you can book a €0 Free admission day ticket in advance online. With the ticket you can choose your visiting time online and skip any possible queues at the museum.
You can also just drop in without a booking! You’ll get in nice and easy.
During the free admission day Amos Rex is open 11 am – 8 pm. Please note, that doors close at 7:30 pm.
Please note that two artworks in I feel, for now exhibitions have limited capacity and are very popular. Keiken’s artwork accommodates a few people and Hans Rosenström’s Mikado one person at once, but luckily, we do have over 100 other artworks on show in three different exhibitions!
