If your company's OP Corporate Gold or OP-Visa Business Card is lost or stolen, deactivate the card immediately. Call one of the numbers below.

In the case of theft or fraud, also contact the OP cooperative bank which issued your card and the police.

Corporate eServices user ID

If your Corporate eServices user ID is lost or possibly fallen into the wrong hands, deactivate it immediately.

  • At other times, deactivation service: 0100 0555, 24/7

User ID for Corporate Cash Management Service

If your user ID for Corporate Cash Management Service is lost, contact the OP cooperative bank which concluded your agreement. Only they can deactivate it.

Mobile key

The Mobile key PIN you have set is device specific. If your device is stolen, disable the Mobile key. Contact the bank which concluded your agreement or call OP’s customer service for corporate customers at 0100 05151.
