With OP's digital services, you can handle your company’s daily banking and insurance matters the easy way.

How to enable digital services for your business

OP’s digital services provides diverse possibilities to electronically handle a company’s transactions. In order for your company to start using our digital services, you will need enter into the Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions. 

The agreement for digital transactions can be concluded by a person authorised to sign agreements on behalf of a company or to conclude an agreement. At least one administrator is added to the agreement, for whom administrator rights are defined. 

Banking services

You can make an agreement for banking services when you contact our Customer Service:

Insurance services

You can sign an agreement for insurance services online. 

User ID gives access to OP’s services

If you have an OP User ID as a personal customer, you can easily manage both your personal transactions and transactions of the companies you represent using the same ID. If necessary, you can also request a separate OP Corporate User ID that gives access only to corporate services. The digital services administrator manages your company’s users and their access rights.

If you represent several companies, you can use the same personal ID to handle all their matters. When on the service, select the company whose transactions you manage at any given time. If you like, you can handle insurance matters with other banks’ user ID’s too.

Use our services securely with Mobile key 

With Mobile key, you log in and confirm payments and transactions conveniently without a key code list on corporate mobile services, op.fi service and other online services. You can also verify your identity with Mobile key when calling our Customer Service. You’ll find Mobile key in the OP-mobile or OP Business mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.  

If you like you can still identify yourself by using a key code list. In this case, you need to identify yourself by using your username, password, key code list and, if necessary, an SMS confirmation.

What's new in using online insurance services

If your company is already using the op.fi service for insurance matters, using the service in the future requires that you have the Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions. Your administrator for eInsurance Services can renew the agreement by logging into the op.fi service.
