Payment processing (Cut off) times – Service description

A payment order is regarded as issued when the payer’s bank has received it via a bank branch or the electronic service channel in a manner approved by the bank. In the table below, you can see how the execution date is determined. You can also get the information at bank branches.

In Web Services channel, payment files are processed between 7.00 and 18.00 on business days. You can send single payments to SEPA countries 24/7 via the Web Services channel.
