Edit the association’s account and account access rights

The association’s administrator of digital services and authorised signatory may add and remove account access rights.

Is your association a user of OP’s digital services?

The person in your association who is the administrator of OP’s digital services can easily edit the account’s access rights in the op.fi service. Log in here:

If you are not a user of OP’s digital services, please take the following steps

If the authorised signatory is a customer of OP: To notify of changes, please call our Customer Service at 0100 05151 or send a message at op.fi. At the same time, we will open digital services for the association.

Please give us the following information:

  • number of the account whose access rights you wish to change,
  • the name and personal identity code of the person to be added or removed,
  • whether the person should receive rights to obtain information or extensive access rights (extensive access rights allow the person to make payments) and
  • the name, personal identity code, phone number and email address of the person who signed the agreement.

If the authorised signatory is not a customer of OP: You can make changes at an OP cooperative bank branch. Please make an appointment before your visit.
