Cards and smartphone payment apps are a convenient and secure way to pay in every situation. If necessary, you can withdraw cash conveniently at ATMs or, say, at a store when doing your grocery shopping. At deposit ATMs you can also deposit cash.
Consider if and when you need cash. You can pay with a card or payment app almost everywhere in Finland. If you want to withdraw cash in case of exceptional situations, you can withdraw the amount with which you can manage for a couple of days.
You can make withdrawals at ATMs or checkouts
In addition to Otto ATMs, you can make withdrawals with OP’s card at the checkouts of
- K-grocery stores
- Tokmanni stores
- R-kiosks
- Neste service stations and at other cash withdrawal ATMs.
You can withdraw cash from your bank account (debit) at ATMs four times a month free of charge. For withdrawals exceeding this limit, we will debit a charge based on our list of service charges and fees. You can check the locations of Otto ATMs at otto.fi or from OP-mobile. The ATMs are owned by Automatia.
If you need to file a complaint related to a withdrawal or deposit transaction at an Otto ATM, please contact our Customer Service.
If you intend to make a relatively large withdrawal, be prepared to provide a clarification of the intended use of private customer funds. Please also note that withdrawals of over 5,000 euros have to be ordered in advance either by calling OP Customer Service or by visiting a bank branch during the opening hours. The teller services may be available by appointment only.
TalletusOtto and OttoPlus ATMs are the quickest and easiest way to deposit cash
You can use deposit ATMs if you have a debit card. Insert your card into the ATM and feed banknotes into the machine. You can deposit banknotes at OttoPlus ATM’s. You can deposit banknotes and coins at TalletusOtto ATMs. The money is deposited to the account linked to your card.
The maximum single deposit is 1,000 euros/calendar month. Be prepared to provide a clarification of the source of private customer funds.
