Subscription rights and share subscription payment
On the record date of the share issue, 18 November 2024, you received in your book-entry account, in proportion to your shareholdings, one (1) subscription right for each one (1) existing share you hold. The subscription rights were recorded in your book-entry account on 19 November 2024. You can check your subscription rights on the op.fi service. In case you're unsure, how many of the offered shares your subscription rights allow you to subscribe for, this information will be shown on the op.fi service at the time of subscription.
- Primary subscription right: Two (2) subscription rights entitle you to subscribe for one (1) share on offer at the price of 1,00 euros per share.
- Secondary subscription right: Shareholders and other investors are also entitled, without subscription rights, to subscribe for shares that were not subscribed for on the basis of the primary subscription right. In a case of oversubscription, any shares subscribed for without subscription rights will be allotted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue. The subscription price is 1,00 euros per share.
The share subscription price will be debited from your book-entry account in connection with the subscription. If you don’t receive all of the shares you subscribed for based on the secondary subscription right, the subscription price of shares not received will be refunded to your account in accordance with the terms and conditions included in the offering prospectus. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded.
Any subscription rights that haven't been exercised to subscribe for the offered shares before the expiry date of the subscription period will expire worthless.
The shares on offer will be combined with the existing class of shares on or about 18 December 2024.
The company shares are not listed.
