Pay safely and conveniently with Click to Pay
Click to Pay is a new convenient and safe payment method online. It's easy to use and works the same way regardless of the browser or device you are using. It saves time and effort, especially if you do a lot of shopping online.
Once you have added your card to the service, you can then pay in online stores that support Click to Pay with just a couple of clicks. You can add the debit and credit features of all OP Visa cards to the service. When making a payment, you can choose whether to use the credit or debit feature of your card.
How to pay with Click to Pay in an online store
- Select "Card" as the payment method in the online store.
- The service identifies your Click to Pay account based on the email address and phone number you have saved in the service, and Visa sends you a one-time verification code by SMS.
- Select the card you want to pay with.
- If the payment requires confirmation, confirm it using your OP user ID.
Activate Click to Pay in OP's digital services
You can easily add your card to the Click to Pay service in the op.fi service. If you have ordered a new card, you can add it to the service immediately and pay with it online even before the physical card arrives.
How to activate Click to Pay in the op.fi service:
- Log in with your OP user ID.
- On the homepage, select My cards.
- Select the card you want to link to the Click to Pay service.
- On the Settings and data tab, go to Click to Pay service and select Add card to Click to Pay.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. You can pay with your card as soon as you add it to the service.
Additional protection for your purchases with the credit feature
When you pay with Click to Pay using your card's credit feature, you receive the same advantages and benefits as when paying with a physical OP credit card. OP acts as a buffer between your funds and online stores, and the amount of your purchases is debited from the credit account linked to the card, not directly from your bank account.
Purchases made with the credit feature are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, which provides security in case of any issues. For example, you can seek a refund from us if goods ordered online don't turn up or your travel agent goes bust before your trip.
As an Owner-customer, you also get Product Protection Insurance for your OP credit card. This covers purchases – made with the credit or debit feature – for at least half a year against breakage, loss and theft.
