Errors in service charges for the online service – no action is required on your part

If we have debited from you an incorrect service charge for the online service in November or December, we have sent you a message about it in the service and on OP-mobile. We will correct the errors as soon as possible. Please note that contacting our customer service will not speed up the correction process. Please accept our apologies for this.
