You will get the whole package from us: financing, purchase, sale, rental and insurance policies.

  • The highly qualified real estate agents of OP-Kiinteistökeskus will buy, rent and sell a home on your behalf. Our services are available at our offices across Finland.
  • You can take out a home loan from an OP cooperative bank to invest in a buy-to-let home too. You can fill in an application online anytime. We will together agree on a monthly instalment and a repayment period that suits your needs.
  • Your prospective tenant will receive a rent deposit account through an OP cooperative bank, where the deposit will remain safe.
  • It is the tenant’s responsibility to take out a home insurance policy. You can protect your property by also insuring your buy-to-let home’s contents from the washing machine to the microwave oven.

If you have doubts about direct buy-to-let property investments

You can also invest in housing markets through the OP-Rental Yield fund. It is a non-UCITS fund which invests its assets in apartments, office premises and residential construction contracting. Read more about the fund at www.op.fi/rahastot.

Transferring real property to the next generation

Our legal experts will help you plan the transfer of your real property to the next generation as tax-efficiently as possible.

The number of homes sold and bought through the OP-Kiinteistökeskus real estate agencies annually totals over 15,000.

  • A housing loan counts towards earning OP bonuses.
  • Earned bonuses will be used to pay, e.g. loan service charges and other banking services, insurance premiums and OP-Kiinteistökeskus  real estate agents’ commissions.
  • You can receive a EUR 250 discount on standard OP-Kiinteistökeskus real estate agents' commissions (but not on minimum commissions).
