During the coronavirus pandemic, we recommend that you use our digital services and avoid visiting our branches. You can make an appointment for a phone or online meeting as usual and do your banking and insurance transactions quickly and easily on OP-mobile and the op.fi service at any time of the day. If it is absolutely necessary for you to make an appointment for a meeting at a bank branch, you can book an appointment by calling our telephone service.


You can reach OP Customer Service at 0100 0500 on weekdays 8.00–16.00. You can also message us on the op.fi service or OP-mobile.


Please note that during the coronavirus pandemic our branches have to restrict the number of customers queuing for service in the same space. If you are feeling unwell, please don’t visit our branch.
