We are renewing the Corporate eServices Agreements for banking services

The new agreement will allow use of OP eServices and OP-mobile as before. New features include easier user management.

During autumn 2021, a new Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions will replace the rest of the current Agreement on OP eServices for small corporate and institutional customers and the Corporate eServices Agreement.

The contractual change regarding banking services will not require any action on your company’s part and will not affect the monthly eService charge. You can continue using the op.fi service and OP-mobile with the same user ID as before.

We will send you a message through our website or apps when the change becomes topical at your bank in the autumn

During the change, you may see a checkbox at login where both the old eServices Agreement and the new Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions are available.

Then select the Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions. The old agreement will automatically go out of use within a few weeks.

User management will be easier and messages through our website or apps will be renewed

Most eServices will continue on the former basis. The most visible changes will occur in user management and messages through our website or apps will see changes.

  • Your company’s administrator of digital services will find it easier to administer the access rights of users at your company.
  • Messages on OP’s service can be viewed on the basis of access rights. For example, if a user only has access to the company’s accounts and payments, they will see only messages on these subjects.
  • Old messages will be deleted, so you may want to save them before the change.

Your company’s administrator of digital services can see the details of your agreement and edit the access rights under Customer profile. You can find the General Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions at op.fi/terms-and-conditions.

Pohjola Insurance eServices Agreement is also being renewed

Similarly, using Pohjola Insurance eInsurance Services will in future require the Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions.

If your company uses insurance services, the administrator of eInsurance Services can renew the agreement when logging into the op.fi service. We will separately inform Pohjola Insurance customers of the change.
