You can access the op.fi service smoothly with most common internet browsers. There are several browsers available, and you might have a couple of different browsers on your computer or mobile device. The op.fi service supports the following browsers and their newer versions:
- Microsoft Edge 135
- Firefox 138
- Google Chrome 136
- Safari 18
You should always use the newest version of the browser, because browser manufacturers are continuously updating their functions and data security. Also, we at OP make occasional updates to the op.fi service, and they will become visible only after updating the browser.
On a smartphone and tablet, you should primarily use OP-mobile. OP-mobile is an independent banking application developed by OP.
If you still wish to use the op.fi service on a mobile device, use the following browsers or their newer versions:
- Google Chrome Mobile 136
- Mobile Safari 18
The number at the end of the browser name indicates the oldest version supported by the op.fi service. The version numbers are usually longer than those mentioned above, and they might have more than one decimal point. The bigger the number, the newer the version.
How to find out the browser version
You can check the version from your browser settings. The version is usually indicated in a section containing information or help regarding the use of the browser. Generally, “About Chrome/Edge” also shows the version number.
In browser settings, you can also update the browser or allow automatic updates. This way you do not have to worry about the browser being up to date.
