Invoicing service has been upgraded on the op.fi service

The invoicing service user interface has been upgraded on the op.fi service and the service has been supplemented with new features. It is easier to use and involves more comprehensive search features, among other things.

New features in the invoicing service 

As a new feature, the invoicing service provides the opportunity to create draft invoices and send email bills. A convenient monthly view shows sent bills and their status. Moreover, it is easier than before to search for bills.
 
In addition to its new features, the invoicing service includes the old features and your company's product and customer information, billing history and other information saved into the earlier invoicing service. 
 
Billing methods in the upgraded invoicing services include: 
 
E-invoice
Direct payment
Paper bill
Email invoice

How to start using the service 

The invoicing service is an additional service and to start using it requires an agreement. Contact your bank to make an agreement and activate the service:
