The company’s circular economy business will continue under the name Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj (new ISIN: FI4000592472), while property services will be separated into a new company Luotea Oyj (ISIN FI4000592464).
In the demerger, shareholders will receive one new share in each company for every L&T share they own. The number of shares remains unchanged, and no action is required from shareholders.
