We will cancel unused OP Corporate User IDs

We will cancel any OP Corporate User IDs, activated for use of our online corporate services, if the IDs have not been used in over two years. Cancellation of OP user IDs will begin at the end of October.

Companies should check their access rights

Please note that cancellation of OP Corporate User IDs will not affect access rights issued by the company itself.

The company’s administrator is in charge of maintaining access rights issued by the company and must remove them from employees who no longer need them, for example if someone has changed job or role. Access rights can be managed through the op.fi service, under “Customer profile”.

Corporate matters can be managed with the OP user ID used for personal customer services

A separate OP Corporate User ID may not be necessary for managing your company’s banking and insurance matters, if the user has an OP user ID as a personal customer. The same OP user ID can be used to manage personal and company matters. The user just needs to select their customer role when logging in.

If someone needs a separate OP user ID for using services on behalf of a company, they can apply for their own OP Corporate User ID via the op.fi service.
