If you have an OP user ID, you can from now on activate Mobile key also with user identifiers issued by other Finnish banks. This new activation method is available to you on both OP-mobile and OP Business mobile if you have version 78.0 (or newer) of the app.
Starting from 13 November, Mobile key can be activated in the following ways:
On OP-mobile:
- by using Mobile key in OP-mobile on your other device
- with a Finnish passport or identity card
- with user identifiers issued by other banks
On OP Business mobile:
- by using Mobile key in OP Business mobile on your other device
- with user identifiers issued by other banks
- with the key code list
Alternatively, you can activate Mobile key by visiting your OP cooperative bank. Please bring a valid passport or identity card with you.
