We have noticed job scams targeting our young customers in particular.
People have been approached on Instagram, for example, and offered the opportunity to earn money easily. The person is usually added to a Telegram group with several other similar "employees." The job might involve liking Instagram photos, and they are told they will be paid for these likes.
However, as the situation progresses, people are required to pay money to continue working and to transfer funds through their own accounts. They may think the amount received in their account is compensation for the work done, but in reality, the money belongs to another scammed person.

Remember this about money laundering
If someone asks you to send money from your bank account and offers payment for it, they want you to be a money mule. In reality, you are helping criminals cover their tracks and are involved in money laundering, which is illegal activity.
How to recognise a suspicious job offer?
The job offer comes unexpectedly from an unknown person.
The job does not require any interview, background check or work experience.
The job promises easy money with little effort, and you are told how much others have already earned in the same way.
You are asked to make money transfers, give your account number or open a new account to start the job.
If you suspect you have been a victim of a job scam
Stop the activity and report it to your bank and the police as soon as possible.
