New in the op.fi service: you can now change your card’s PIN yourself

You can change your card's PIN to one you like when your card is renewed. Please note that you can change the PIN free of charge only when your card's validity nears expiry or when you add the K-Plussa feature to your card.

To change the PIN, log into the op.fi service (only in Finnish) with your OP user ID and select the card whose PIN you want to change. Under Asetukset ja tiedot (Settings and details), select Tunnusluku (PIN) under which you can renew your card and change its PIN. You'll receive a message from us when your card is about to be renewed and you can change the PIN free of charge.
