OP's role

  • offers a platform in which dealers can offer their cars for leasing, with financing provided by OP
  • finances the car: OP buys the car from the dealer and leases it to the customer
  • manages the monthly payment billing and leasing contracts
  • works together with the car dealers and service partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Dealer's role

  • offers a wide selection of cars to choose from
  • responsible for car availability, order processing and car delivery
  • ensures that a car is ready at the agreed time
  • takes care of warranty matters.

  • matters related to car order or delivery
  • an offer for a car you own before ordering a leasing car.

Service partner's role

  • responsible for organising regular maintenance and repair or technical faults
  • responsible for seasonal change and storage of tyres
  • manages the return of a leasing car at the end of the contract period.
